Say hello to Kelly Brown! She has been a case manager at New Bethany for two years. She provides general case management for clients needing assistance with social services such as SNAP benefits, Medicaid, Medicare, housing assistance and shelter referrals. 

Kelly first discovered New Bethany through her friends and family, who spoke highly of the organization. She was intrigued by its dignity and care-driven services and eager to learn more. She was so inspired that she decided to seek employment in our organization.

In her previous work, Kelly enhanced her communication skills and ability to gather and utilize community resources. These skills have helped facilitate her growth in her position at New Bethany, from working efficiently across departments to building long-lasting community partnerships. 

Kelly has had many standout moments helping clients, but a recent experience is the most memorable. She assisted a client who was homeless and living in her car. The case management team helped her find an apartment and secure a full-time job. Today, that client is living in the same apartment and employed. This is just one example of the most fulfilling work for Kelly: she loves to see her clients happy and watch the impact of New Bethany’s services. 

In her free time, Kelly loves to read. She also loves candy and lemonade! We are thankful for Kelly’s commitment to our team and her work to ensure our clients receive social services that help them thrive.
