Single Room Occupancy Program
New Bethany’s Single Room Occupancy Program provides secure, stable housing for those in our community whose low, fixed income—as well as in many cases, mental health concerns— make it difficult for them to reside in traditional housing.
Our Single Room Occupancy Program provides a clean, safe room with functional furniture, and a communal bathroom and kitchen shared with other residents. Residents are charged a monthly rent, and both formal and informal case management is available for those who require assistance. All residencies are co-ed facilities.
