Adrienne Kwiatek-Holub’s relationship with New Bethany began after being invited to our annual meeting, Souper Day. While attending the luncheon and witnessing impactful stories, she gained more than an understanding of our mission; she developed a deep respect for our transformative community work.
Whether it’s housing, food access, or providing wraparound services, our comprehensive approach inspired Adrienne to step up and join the board. She particularly loves how our work focuses on meeting people where they are, without judgment, and on lending a helping hand while upholding the dignity and humanity of our neighbors. Events like Luminaria Night and the annual Bob Price Memorial Turkey Drive not only raise awareness of the issues our region faces but also allow the community to be an active participant in helping residents in tangible ways.
With a strong background in banking, Adrienne will provide tremendous value in sustaining and growing New Bethany through her role on the finance committee. Her experience on multiple non-profit boards will bring valuable support as we enter this next phase of growth. She’s specifically excited to be joining the board as the Paving The Way initiative begins to take shape and plans to serve on the Finance and Bylaws committees.
In her downtime, Adrienne loves to travel and holds a special place in her heart for theater and the arts. She enjoys spending time with her husband and sons, and is also a proud Eagle Scout mom. A fun fact she likes to share is that when she was a William Allen Canary, she was a member of the marching band and marched in the Rose Parade in Pasadena.
