New Bethany, Inc., is accepting proposals from qualified architects and engineers for architectural and engineering services on the following project:
BID #2025-02: New Bethany’s Paving the Way Project (“Project”) located at 333 Wyandotte Street, Bethlehem, PA 18015.
In general, this project will expand housing and day sheltering services at New Bethany’s main campus. This project will include estimating and compiling budgets, full architectural and civil design, design development documents, and project management.

Proposals for the Project must be submitted to Bill Lohr, Operations Director at 333 Wyandotte Street, Bethlehem, PA 18015 no later than 3 p.m. on Friday, July 25 . Late proposals will not be accepted.
This Project is being supported, in part, with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Economic Development Initiative-Community Project Funding funds. Bidding firms must NOT appear on Sam.gov’s disbarment list. All Bidders shall comply with federal cross-cutting requirements.
All qualified firms, including minority- and women- owned businesses, are encouraged to submit bids. New Bethany reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any aspect of a proposal satisfactorily meets the criteria established in this Request for Proposal, to accept either in whole or in part, any one proposal or combination of proposals, to waive or permit the curing of any immaterial defects, informalities, or irregularities in a bid as permitted by law, to reject any or all proposals with or without cause, and to take any action which New Bethany deems appropriate. New Bethany intends to select that proposal(s) which, in the sole option of New Bethany is/are most favorable and in the best interest of the people served by the Paving the Way project.
