Meal Center and Day Shelter
Our Southside Drop-In Center houses our day programming. The Center, located on the corner of 4th and Wyandotte Streets in Southside Bethlehem, is open Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm, even during extreme weather. The Drop-in Center houses the following programs:
Our Meal Center serves a nutritious hot meal each afternoon. Meals are prepared and served by volunteer teams from local businesses, faith organizations, community groups, or school groups. Each day, up to 130 people join us for our meal services. Special meals are observed on the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
In 2024: Over 40,000 meals (including seconds) were served to over 1,000 of our neighbors at our Southside Drop-in Center
Other Services
Hygiene Services: Those needing to wash up can take a shower in our two, renovated shower facilities as well as use our laundry machine.
Wellness Center: Our Wellness Center, inside of the Drop-In Center, provides holistic services via partnerships from Star Community Health, Office Solutions, Oak Street Health, Street Medicine, Treatment Trends, St Lukes Community Health, MARS, KidsPeace, Geisinger, Clearvision, NHC Drug & Alcohol, YMCA Center for Healthy Living, Neighborhood Health Centers.
